First Check-up
Today we went to see Dr. Allegretti for our follow-up appointment from the hospital. Even though she has a closet full of clothes, it was really hard to find something that would fit little miss. She is so tiny that everything fell off of her. It was a little big, but I finally settled on this cute little outfit that Nana bought her. Needless to say, I will need to get a few things that are preemie size. At her appointment, everything went really well. She lost a little more weight and is down to 7 lbs. 4 oz. She is so tiny, but I was a litle surprised because she seems to be eating really well. Anyway, we need to go back on Monday to recheck her weight. Hopefully she will put on a few ounces. Dr. Allegretti said she was just perfect, and we agree. We are so in love with her. It is amazing how you can love something so much. I feel like I am constantly kissing on her and just standing there staring at her. We love you baby girl!

When Lily was born, every single outfit and bow we had was completely huge, and fell off her!! I was so frustrated!! We tried on so many outfits those first few days... we had to go get premmie outfits! And with the bows.. my mom has ordered about 30, and most of them are still to big!! Even when they say newborn headbands, they are still way to big! Hope you found some cute stuff that fits!! Happy shopping!!
She will grow quickly into her outfits. Paige was only 5 pounds 9 ounces when she was born! She swam home in her outfit!LOL!!! Cant wait to meet her.
You don't realize how small they are until you dress them in what you think are tiny, little outfits and they fall off. Ha! She will grow quickly!
